The Saint Andrew Parish Pastoral Council is a thoughtful body that is forward looking and assists the pastor in developing a vision for the parish. This often requires periods of prayer and reflection. The Council is concerned with the bigger picture rather than the day to day operations of the parish.

This advisory council is composed of parishioners who are elected from the parish (six) and appointed by the pastor (up to three), a representative from each of the other four leadership groups of the parish (Parish Staff, Finance Council, Stewardship Committee and School Advisory Council), and the friars.
