A divorced and separated recovery program

The Rebuilding support process exists to provide support for separated and divorced people in a safe and nurturing environment where healing can begin.  Rebuilding is a step-by-step process that can make divorce recovery easier and less traumatic.

What is gained by attending?

  • Understanding the process of adjusting to the end of a love relationship.
  • Learning the emotional aspects of this process including grief, guilt, anger, rejection and loneliness
  • Building a support system of people who understand your journey.
  • Other topics include trust, fear, friends, adaptation, self-worth and many more…

    The Rebuilding program will be held:
