Give a Harvest of Love to Someone you care about!

Invite them to Come Home to the Catholic Church!

Come Home Ministry is an open door invitation to all inactive Catholics that provides a safe, accepting, environment where people have an opportunity to experience healing and a fulfilling relationship with God and the Church.  Come Home is a place where a new journey can begin and the miracle of God’s love can heal.  There will be a five session series of gatherings beginning on September 26, 2006 that will assist people who wish to return to the Church and those who may just be thinking about returning.

You may influence someone’s return to the Church.  Think about your own reflection of the Church to others you meet.  How do you represent and refer to the Church?  Is it positive or negative?   Are you welcoming in church and in your daily life to people who might be thinking about reconnecting to the Church?  Knowing you are Catholic, what impression do they get?  How hospitable are you at Mass to those you meet?  Are you welcoming and friendly?  You will never know when someone who might consider Coming Home is observing you.  How would being with our parish community influence their decision?

There are brochures in the pamphlet racks if you would like more information.  You can also call Alice Curran or Rachel Thelen at the Pastoral Center (817) 927-5383.
